Narcissist During The Holidays

The holidays can be a difficult time of year for most survivors of Narcissistic

abuse or the ones still in the relationship.

Words for your mind and heart..

They are attention grabbers. Please do not give them the satisfaction of

getting the best of you. They are waiting for a response to deplete you of your

joy.

This is a very difficult task. It takes a lot of inner strength and reassuring

yourself daily that it is not worth your time and energy.

Please, do not respond. Let him argue with himself. This will allow you to

keep control of your situation without having it ripped off by a Narcissist.

You are strong and powerful and in control of your life.

I’ am responding to your emails and the messages I have received here.

I recommend you continue to write. The ones I haven’t responded to yet I will.
